The Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Guidance and Counseling Unit, held a remote lecture yesterday, Tuesday, Shawwal 12, 1447 AH, entitled: "Secrets of Success in Personal Life."

The lecture focused on a number of key themes that contribute to building a successful and balanced personal life. These included the importance of setting clear and specific goals in various aspects of life and how to transform them into practical and actionable plans. It also addressed time management strategies and achieving a balance between academic, personal, and family commitments, in addition to methods for building self-confidence and overcoming psychological and behavioral obstacles that hinder progress.

The lecture also explored the definition of success, why we strive to achieve it, when success leads to happiness, and the concepts of emotional intelligence and its role in improving social relationships and making informed decisions. Furthermore, it highlighted simple daily habits that contribute to enhancing productivity and mental and physical health, such as consistency, continuous learning, and flexibility in the face of change.

This lecture is part of the Deanship's ongoing guidance and development programs, which aim to support students and enhance their life skills.
