On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, the Deanship of Student Affairs organized a remote lecture entitled “Nutrition and its Impact on High Blood Pressure.”
The lecture was part of the Deanship’s efforts to promote health awareness among students and highlight the most prominent health risks associated with modern lifestyles.
The lecture covered several key topics, focusing on:
• Defining high blood pressure and its causes.
• Educating students about its early symptoms.
• Identifying its serious complications and explaining why it is called the “silent killer.”
• Raising awareness about the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle.
• Encouraging students to adopt a healthy diet and engage in regular physical activity.
The Deanship of Student Affairs aims to hold such events as part of its ongoing health awareness program to build a generation that is health-conscious and capable of making positive choices in their daily lives.
