<p>The Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Guidance and Counseling Unit, the day before yesterday, Tuesday 3/25/1445 AH, corresponding to October 10, 2023 AD, at seven in the evening, held a remote lecture entitled “Until we reach reassurance and psychological peace.” The course was presented by Dr. Khawla bint Fahd Al-Saffar, Assistant Professor of Psychology at the College of Education. at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.</p>

<p>During the lecture, which was presented via the Zoom application, and in the presence of 233 male and female university students, Dr. Khawla addressed a number of topics and concepts of mental health and its positive and negative concepts, what psychological tranquility is, what are the factors that lead to it, the individual’s relationship with his Lord, his relationship with others, belief in destiny and destiny, and the ability to Coexisting in peace and reassurance in a world filled with many difficulties and challenges.</p>

<p>The Deanship of Student Affairs is holding this lecture to activate World Mental Health Day, which falls on October 10 of each year, with the aim of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world, and dedicating efforts to support mental health, as it is considered an important and integral part of public health, and health is not complete without it. Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social safety that affects the way we think, feel, work, and communicate with others.</p>
