The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Thalab bin Abdullah Al-Shakra, said in his speech today during the inauguration of the activities of the scientific forum for the university’s students for this year that we celebrate today at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University under the guidance and follow-up of His Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Al-Osaimi, this year, we were keen that the forum’s topics stem from the “Human Capabilities Development” program launched by the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, may God protect him, within the Kingdom’s vision 2030. Where the forum this year varied in its topics, whether related to the medical, engineering, sports, or awareness films, and it is undoubtedly a fertile environment that will enable male and female students to transfer what they have learned during their study journey; An effort that is discussed and refined through a solid scientific program, and, God willing, it will turn into qualitative initiatives, innovations and scientific projects that the university is proud of and benefit their community. During the first day of the forum, in the theater of the Faculty of University Administration at the Faculty of Medicine, the works nominated for the final arbitration were judged in three axes: the axis of "Empowering a full and healthy life"; Theme "Sustainable Development and Economic Diversification"; The theme of "Social Responsibility". After that, the male and female candidates presented their works for arbitration; their initiatives before the jury, listening to the committee’s observations and directives, and answering its discussions.
