The Unit fulfils the following responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with concerned bodies both inside and outside the University to undertake different activities
2. Keeping all the activities' documentation
3. Designing and printing the Deanship's leaflets and reports
4. Documentary filmmaking
5. Giving publicity to the different programs and activities
6. Disseminating the Deanship's news on its website and on the University's website, newspapers and electronic media, coordinating with the Public Relations and Media Unit, and supervising the Students' Conference webpage at University's website
7. Receiving official delegations
