This Department is responsible for paying students' allowances to the students eligible for allowance by due dates. The students' allowance includes monthly allowances granted to students attending undergraduate and graduate studies, excellence reward, books allowance, the students special needs allowance, and scholarship students arrival allowance.
The Department fulfils the following responsibilities:
Receiving application forms for issuance of ATM cards
Paying allowances to the students (males and females) regularly and by due dates
Answering all queries apropos of allowances
Settling all financial problems facing the students
