The goals of sports activity are as follows:
Proper and good building of the body.
1- Helping to build a university sports generation that has good morals and upright behavior by instilling the spirit of honest competition and cooperation among students.
2- Forming a balanced personality by instilling self-confidence in the players.
3- Familiarize students with rational leadership by instilling a spirit of trust and responsibility.
4- Generalizing the activity to include the largest possible number of university students.
5- Forming university teams and teams in various games to participate in university and national competitions, through the establishment of internal competitions and leagues for faculties, as well as the university league at the level of all available individual and group games.
Gaining different sports experiences through contact with players from within Saudi universities in all tournaments held by the Sports Federation of Saudi Universities.
