The scholarship is a study seat allocated by the university to a non-Saudi student who is accepted to study there, with the financial benefits prescribed by law. In the pursuit of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University to sponsor scholarship students, the Scholarships and Expatriate Students Care Unit has been established at the Deanship of Student Affairs, as it is the administrative body responsible for serving external scholarship students at the university.
Unit tasks:
Receiving and bidding farewell to external scholarship students at the airport.
Coordination with the university hospital to complete the medical examination procedures.
Issuance and renewal of residence permits.
Academic advising for external scholarship students in coordination with colleges.
Social and security care for external scholarship students.
Encouraging distinguished students from external scholarships financially and morally.
Securing financial dues and tickets for external scholarship students
Benefiting from outstanding external scholarship students in scientific research and translation.
Communicating with external scholarship students after their graduation.
Inviting distinguished graduates to participate in conferences held by the Kingdom.
Preparing the required reports about external scholarship students.
