The Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Nutrition Unit, in cooperation with the College of Pharmacy, participated in the "A Nation Without Obesity" event, held on Sunday and Monday, August 20-21, 1447 AH (corresponding to 2026), at the College of Engineering and Computer Science and the College of Pharmacy. The event was organized by the Qalb Association for Heart Patient Care, under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, and aimed to promote health awareness and spread a culture of obesity prevention.
The event included providing a device for measuring weight and height and calculating body mass index (BMI), in addition to distributing informational brochures about obesity.
