Development and Quality
The Development and Quality Department works within the Deanship of Student Affairs' commitment framework aiming to fulfil the University's vision and mission. The Department continually seeks to improve its administrative work and services to achieve prosperity and community service via applying quality criteria among the Deanship employees and creating quality assurance systems.
The responsibilities of the Department are
· Designing questionnaires and data collection tools concerning measurement and evaluation
· Making the necessary suggestions to improve the administrative work in the Deanship
· Meeting the requirements to get ISO 9001 certification 2015
· Implementing internal audit processes on the operating procedures in the Deanship
· Conducting workshops and training courses for the Deanship's employees
· Supervising the development of Deanship of Student Affairs' website
· Preparing reports and setting key performance indicators (KPIs)
