The Administrative Correspondence Department is divided into two sections:
1- Outgoing correspondence
A: External Outgoing correspondence: the correspondence sent outside the University
B: Internal Outgoing correspondence: the correspondence sent to University's administrations, deanships, and departments.
2- Incoming correspondence
A: Incoming Outgoing correspondence: the correspondence received from outside the University
B: Incoming Outgoing correspondence: the correspondence received from University including notifications, decrees, bylaws, and regulations.
