Under the patronage of His Excellency the President of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hilal Al-Talhi; Today, Monday, 10/22/1443 AH, the Deanship of Student Affairs at the Faculty of Medicine held a closing ceremony for student activities for the current year. The event was attended by university representatives, faculty members, and a number of university employees and students. The ceremony began with verses from the Noble Qur’an, after which the audience watched a documentary film entitled “Bright Achievements” in which it reviewed the role of Prince Sattam University in building the personalities of male and female students, upgrading them and nurturing their talents, deepening their sense of belonging to the homeland, participating in its construction and development, and also reviewing what it has done Deanship of programs and activities. This was followed by a speech by the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Thalab bin Abdullah Al Shakra; He welcomed the President of the University and the guests of the ceremony, then mentioned; The role of the university in the current era is not limited to teaching the student the basic sciences and encouraging him to study and scientific research, but it has tended to pay attention to the development of his personality, so that he can keep pace with life and its requirements, to be ready for the labor market. He mentioned; Building student activities for the next year will be based on four basic pillars, which are the Kingdom's 2030 vision, the human capacity development program, the university's strategic goals, and the university's core values. After that, a number of university students presented an operetta entitled "The Homeland of Glory", followed by a representative film entitled "Abdul Mohsen - A Success Story". Then His Excellency the President of the University gave his speech on this occasion, in which he said: Student activity is one of the components of building a student's personality. Your university supports you and we will not spare any effort or capabilities to make the student activity a success. I extend my thanks to the Deanship of Student Affairs, led by its Dean, Dr. Thalab. Thank you for what you have provided to its students, as well as for organizing this wonderful ceremony, and thanks are due to all those who contributed to the success of student activity in this university from the members of the university’s staff Teaching, students, and clubs.
